Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The vehicle reserved is unavailable at the time of pick-up, and no suitable alternative is provided.
  • A cancellation request is made within the allowed cancellation window.
  • A duplicate payment or incorrect charge has been processed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 48 hours before pick-up) are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made after the rental period begins are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and Ndovu Motors is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Transaction processing fees.
  • Late cancellation or no-show charges.
  • Additional services or extras added at the time of booking.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, customers must submit a formal request through our support center, including booking details and a reason for the request.
